Roseann Giguere, CSJ, M.Div Roseann is one of the founders, along with Cil Braun and Elizabeth Toohey, of the Spiritual Guidance Program. Her "checkered career" includes junior high education and middle school development, junior college professor, prison chaplaincy and spiritual director. Roseann holds an M.Div. from United Theological Seminary, along with a BA from the College of St, Catherine and an MA from the U of MN. Delmarie Gibney, FSPA, D.Min. Delmarie is a life long learner and thoroughly enjoying her third age as a Crone. She began her professional life as a nurse and midwife spending 14 years in Central America. She studied theology, Scripture and women’s studies obtaining a D. Min. from the Episcopal Divinity School in Boston and an MTS from Catholic Theological Union in Chicago. Delmarie is Director of Womanwell, a spiritual director, facilitates workshops and is passionate in her care and concern for Mother Earth and the Earth Community of All beings. She is a member of the Franciscan Sisters from LaCrosse, WI. Nancy Cosgriff, M.A., D.Min Nancy has worked as a teacher, campus minister, musician, liturgist, work/life transition counselor, and as a leadership/personal development workshop designer and facilitator. Currently she works in the areas of spiritual guidance and coaching—particularly for adults in mid-life and beyond. Because she sees powerful transformation through sacred circle and one-on-one healing presence, her work challenges and energizes her. Her degrees are from the College of St. Catherine and Notre Dame University and she is completing her work for a Doctor of Ministry degree from the University of Creation Spirituality now Wisdom University. Nancy is personally inspired by visiting other cultures and by living in Minnesota on the bluffs overlooking the St. Croix River. Scott McRae, M.Div., ACPE, BCC Scott McRae is a spiritual director who received his training at the Center for Spiritual Guidance. He is a husband (Melanie) and father (Ana) and lives in Minneapolis. Scott also works in a hospital setting, both supervising a chaplain residency program through the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education and serving as a chaplain. He is ordained in the Lutheran Church (ELCA) and has served in both parish and campus ministry settings. He is a graduate of Augustana College (Rock Island, IL) and Yale Divinity School.
